OUR STORY

Our Family arrived to United States in 1969.

We settled in New York. We Were the Pioneers

of Peruvian Cuisine in the United States. We Opened

Los Claveles Restaurant in 1971 in Mamaroneck NY.

We Were the first to Introduce Peruvian cuisine as well as Inca Kola in Westchester NY. We Maintained our

heritage by Providing Peruvian Music known as Musica 

Criolla. We Brought many Stars from Peru to perform and help us maintain and honor our culture. We also

inspired many other Peruvians to open their own restaurants 

and pave the way for Peruvian Cuisine to explode and 

grow all over the United States.
